According to reports from the Pennsylvania State Police, the collision began when a 22-year-old woman driving a Lexus SUV struck Katz's Mazda SUV from behind. The force of the impact was so severe that it caused the Lexus to catch fire and propelled Katz's vehicle into a third car, escalating the seriousness of the crash.
